Returns & refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

  • If you have received a damaged item please get in touch with us here.

  • Shipping costs can be refunded if a local pick up is arranged on the same day as the order was placed. Once the order has been shipped, no refund can be given.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order of Semi-Custom Stationery, please get in contact as soon as possible. Generally designs will be prepared and sent to print 1-4 days after wording/details are sent through from the client. Once designs are sent to print, they can not be cancelled. If extensive design work has been made you may incur a cancellation fee. If the project hasn’t commenced yet you are eligible for a full refund. Please email jacquisloandesigns@gmail.com with the subject line β€œCancellation of order”.

If you would like to cancel your order of Bespoke Wedding Stationery, please get in contact as soon as possible. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Once designs are sent to print, they can not be cancelled. If you cancel your order after the initial deposit is made, no further fees will apply unless items have been sent to print. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you have received damaged or incorrect goods, please contact me as soon as possible. Do not discard of the damaged or incorrect item/s until given instruction to by us.
